The firm works with plastic surgery, med spa and aesthetic clinic owners across North America, and with private equity firms and multi-location operators through its advisory practice. Nick wrote "A Cut Above" (an Amazon #1 Best Seller in Plastic & Cosmetic Surgery) and has spoken at IMCAS. Think Basis also built Echo (https://echoapp.expert/), an AI sales coach that trains clinic staff on objection handling.
