Think Basis also built Echo (https://echoapp.expert/), an AI sales coach that trains clinic staff on objection handling.

Think Basis works with a small number of established practices at a time, typically doing $500,000 to $30 million a year and ready to invest in growth for at least a year. There is no long-term contract: the first engagement runs three months. Most practices budget $6,000 to $30,000 a month for media on top of the fee, in their own ad accounts. It is not a fit for practices that are just opening.
