## What Nitrosend is

- An email platform built MCP-first for AI agents, not bolted on.
- Full-stack: transactional API, marketing campaigns, automation flows, contact management, deliverability, AI copywriting, analytics.
- Unlimited contacts on every plan. Pay per send, never per contact.
- Bring-your-own keys on Pro and above: Amazon SES, Resend, Postmark, Mailgun, and SendGrid for sending; Anthropic and OpenAI for AI workflows.
- Dedicated IPs are available on Ultra and Enterprise at $50 per IP/month.
- Every brand can reserve a protected `<name>.nitrosend.net` sender, under a chosen name or one derived from the company name. Activation or the first eligible send creates only the local sender identity under Nitrosend's verified shared root; there is no per-brand DNS, DKIM, SES, Cloudflare, or tenant provisioning.
- Sending allowances depend on plan and sender standing. Attributable delivery history, current positive list verification, domain strength and account signals rank together. Strong evidence can earn higher standing on day one; payment alone cannot. Trusted receives its full plan allowance without a second volume ramp.
- Email validation has no included allowance. It is a separately authorized prepaid operation and never runs automatically during import, scheduling, or sending.
- Enterprise includes a 99.9% SLA.
- Free tier: 8,000 free emails up front, then 500 free per month, no credit card. Full API + MCP access.
- Product expansion: A/B testing, one-command migration, email-as-code workflows, and client dashboards and action queues.
