The same Instagram account cannot be connected to two different Repli users.
- **Comment-to-DM**: Trigger a DM whenever someone comments a keyword on any post, Reel, or Live. Free allows 1 active automation total across all channels; Creator (₹249/month) allows unlimited active Instagram Comment-to-DM automations. Public comment reply optional. Wildcard `*` matches every comment. Multi-keyword triggers per rule.
- **DM Auto-Reply**: Keyword-based automations on incoming DMs (Pro and above; not on Creator). Supports multiple keywords per rule, "reply to all" wildcard, and stop-keywords.
- **AI Chat (OpenAI-powered)**: Custom-persona chatbot that replies to open DMs in your brand voice. Retains 30-message context per conversation. Multi-language. Available on Creator, Pro and Growth (billed against a recharged AI credit balance, no credit included) and on Pro+ and Commerce (which include ₹499 of AI credit each cycle).
