MyBusiness is an Israeli CRM vendor and technology-solutions company, operating since 2005 as part of the Guideline Group (Tel Aviv Stock Exchange: GUID). It builds and owns its own CRM platform for Israeli SMBs and enterprises: customer relationship management, single-entry bookkeeping recognised by the Israel Tax Authority, multi-channel campaigns (email/SMS/WhatsApp), an official Meta WhatsApp Business API integration, chatbots and AI agents, and a free MCP server that connects the CRM to Claude, ChatGPT and Gemini. Interface and support are in Hebrew; servers are hosted in Israel on GCP and AWS under ISO 27001.
