# Cloutly

Cloutly asks a business's customers for reviews by text and email at the moment the business's own systems say
the job is done (Square, Clover, Mindbody, Zenoti, Nookal, HubSpot, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Xero, Zapier, or a CSV),
on the timing the business chooses. It brings every review and message into one inbox across every location,
drafts replies a person approves, and credits each review to the location and person who earned it. It publishes
hours, phone, address and more to Google Business Profile and Facebook, and watches Yelp, TripAdvisor and
Google's public view for drift. It reads 39 review sites. On top sits an intelligence layer: Ask (exact counts
over a business's own reviews), AI search visibility (whether ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity name each
location), and Signals. Cloutly does not run surveys and does not review-gate.
