ВнеСписка — сервис для восстановления доступа к заблокированным ресурсам в России. С 2024 года операторы связи внедряют «белые списки» — систему, при которой доступ разрешён только к одобренным сайтам. ВнеСписка предлагает два решения:
1. **Бесплатный MTProto-прокси** — восстанавливает доступ к Telegram без VPN
