## What is free, and what costs money

- **Free, no account needed:** the map at https://vendorsmap.com/map, every listing's dates, location, booth fee and packages, application deadline and application link, the state, city and province pages, and vendor reviews of events.
- **Free account:** the full listing (description, schedule, vendor rules), applying to events that take applications on VendorsMap, messaging the organizer of a claimed listing in-app, bookmarks, alerts for new events near you, and a revenue tracker that logs what each market made after the booth fee.
- **Vendor Membership, $45 a year or $15 a month:** new-event alerts a day before free accounts get them, applications placed at the top of the organizer's applicant list, and AI-drafted starter answers to application questions. VendorsMap adds no per-application fee of its own; some organizers charge one.
- **Organizers:** listing an event, taking applications, the booth map and messaging a vendor are free. Booth fees, application fees and ticket sales paid through VendorsMap carry a 2% platform fee. Optional plans add jury scoring, the live map-based booth designer, messaging every vendor at once, CSV export and featured placement: Pro $50/mo or $500/yr, Expert $100/mo or $1,000/yr.
