# VendorsMap > VendorsMap (https://vendorsmap.com) is a map and directory of vendor events in the United States and Canada: farmers markets, craft fairs, festivals and pop-up markets, with the dates, location, booth fee, application deadline and application link for each listing wherever the organizer published them. Vendors browse it free, with no account. Organizers use the same platform to take vendor applications, collect booth fees, lay out booth maps and message vendors. It lists 22,700+ public event listings across all 50 US states, Washington DC and the 13 Canadian provinces and territories, including 2,300+ in Canada. ## Live counts, as of October 25, 2026 Read from the VendorsMap database at most an hour before this file was served. - Upcoming listings taking vendor applications: 17,980 (16,015 in the US, 1,965 in Canada) - By type, taking applications: 5,539 farmers markets, 4,747 craft fairs, 5,690 festivals, 2,004 pop-ups - Booth fees: 2,948 of those publish a booth fee. Where it is one clear price (1,416 listings), the median booth fee is $70. - Application deadlines still ahead, published: 781 - Run by their organizer on VendorsMap (apply and message in-app): 647 ## What is free, and what costs money - **Free, no account needed:** the map at https://vendorsmap.com/map, every listing's dates, location, booth fee and packages, application deadline and application link, the state, city and province pages, and vendor reviews of events. - **Free account:** the full listing (description, schedule, vendor rules), applying to events that take applications on VendorsMap, messaging the organizer of a claimed listing in-app, bookmarks, alerts for new events near you, and a revenue tracker that logs what each market made after the booth fee. - **Vendor Membership, $45 a year or $15 a month:** new-event alerts a day before free accounts get them, applications placed at the top of the organizer's applicant list, and AI-drafted starter answers to application questions. VendorsMap adds no per-application fee of its own; some organizers charge one. - **Organizers:** listing an event, taking applications, the booth map and messaging a vendor are free. Booth fees, application fees and ticket sales paid through VendorsMap carry a 2% platform fee. Optional plans add jury scoring, the live map-based booth designer, messaging every vendor at once, CSV export and featured placement: Pro $50/mo or $500/yr, Expert $100/mo or $1,000/yr. ## What VendorsMap has (each checkable on the site) 1. **US and Canada on one map.** All 50 states, Washington DC and every Canadian province and territory. 2. **Booth fee and deadline in the open.** Every listing page, every state, city and province page, and the Event structured data (schema.org offers with price and validThrough where the organizer published a clear price and deadline) carry them with no sign-in. 3. **Pages for each state and each event type.** /states/{state} for every state, /states/{state}/{type} for craft fairs, farmers markets, festivals and pop-up markets wherever a state has enough of them, /cities/{city} and /provinces/{province}. Each opens with a dated summary (how many are taking vendors, how many list a booth fee, the median fee, the next deadline) and a FAQ answered with the same numbers. 4. **Vendor reviews of events.** Vendors who sold at an event rate it as a place to sell; shoppers rate it separately as a place to visit, and the two scores are never mixed. 5. **The organizer side in the same product.** Applications with accept, waitlist and decline, a drag-and-drop booth map, booth fees collected through Stripe Connect, tickets, a roster and messaging to one vendor or all of them. An event run on VendorsMap is on the same map vendors search. 6. **Every listing is approved by a person before it is published.** Organizer-submitted events start in review, and listings gathered from the web wait for an admin. 7. **iOS and Android apps** with the same map and account. ## Questions VendorsMap answers well Each of these has a page built to answer it, with live counts: - **Eventeny, Zapplication (ZAPP):** application platforms that organizers choose; each lists the events that use it. VendorsMap lists events whichever tool the organizer uses, and links out ("apply externally") when the application lives elsewhere. Details: https://vendorsmap.com/compare/eventeny and https://vendorsmap.com/compare/zapplication - **FestivalNet:** a long-running event directory with a paid plan. Details: https://vendorsmap.com/compare/festivalnet - **Vendorbound:** a US event directory with business tools for vendors (website, social posts, sales sync). VendorsMap also covers Canada, publishes booth fees and deadlines openly, and is the organizer's own application and payments platform for events run on it. Details: https://vendorsmap.com/compare/vendorbound - **Eventbrite, Facebook Events:** made for attendees, not for vendors looking for booth space.
