# Quick Event

Quick Event is a European, GDPR-compliant event platform. It runs in German data centres (Hetzner, Nuremberg; backups in Falkenstein) and is built for the DACH market.

- Free to build: event page, registration form, emails, badges and app can be set up and tested in full before paying. No credit card, no time limit.
- Paid in credits per module and per event when published. All prices are net; see Pricing below.
- Paid tickets carry a payment fee of 3.25 % + €0.25 per booking (plus VAT on the fee), charged via Stripe Connect at checkout. Card processing is included; there is no separate Stripe charge.
- Event pages, registration and emails run in up to nine languages (en, de, es, fr, nl, pl, pt, pt-BR, ca), with AI-assisted translation and no add-on.
- The registration can be embedded on your own website (iframe); registration steps are passed on to the Google Tag Manager or Matomo on that page.
- Participant pages store nothing that needs consent and load nothing from third parties before a click, so no cookie banner is needed unless you set up tracking. Events without paid tickets can run without any provider that has a US parent company, on request.
## Pricing (current, net)
Quick Event is priced in **credits**, per module and per event. Building and testing is free; credits are used only when a module goes live. One credit costs €299 and is valid for 12 months.
- **Registration** (incl. invitations): 2 credits per event (€598). Up to 50 guests it costs 1 credit (€299); the 51st guest adds the second credit automatically. No further charge, however many guests.
- **Check-in** (incl. badge printing): 1 credit per event (€299).
- **Event app**: 4 credits per event (€1,196).
- **Pro licence**: credits for a year with bonus credits on top; top-ups cost the same per-credit rate. Renews yearly, cancellable up to 30 days before the end; unused credits expire at the end of the term.
- **Pro 10**: 9 credits + 1 free = 10 credits, €2,691 a year (€269 per credit).
- **Pro 20**: 17 credits + 3 free = 20 credits, €5,083 a year (€254 per credit).
- **Pro 40**: 32 credits + 8 free = 40 credits, €9,568 a year (€239 per credit).
- **Pro 80**: 60 credits + 20 free = 80 credits, €17,940 a year (€224 per credit).
- **Pro 150**: 100 credits + 50 free = 150 credits, €29,900 a year (€199 per credit).
- **Undo**: going live can be undone within 24 hours, before the event starts and before anyone has registered; the credits come back.
- **Event dates**: once credits were used for an event, its dates can only be moved via support; times on the same day stay editable.
