## What we do
Every operations team has a list of manual work that engineering never gets to. It loses every sprint planning to something a customer is waiting for — correctly — and so it never moves. We put an engineer inside the ops team and work that list.
Typical builds: recruitment agents (sourcing from LinkedIn, GitHub and papers, outbound, interview scheduling), sales agents (lead collection, cold outreach, ongoing engagement), integration agents that wire SaaS tools to each other so a change in one lands in the rest, contract and ledger agents with critical-date reminders, and agents that keep SOPs and internal wikis current as the underlying processes change.
We are not a platform and we do not sell software. The software underneath is open source and free to anyone. What is paid for is the engineer.
## Who it is for
- Fast-growing startups, where every engineer is on the product and ops has been holding things together with spreadsheets.
- Established companies without much engineering — finance, legal, logistics, manufacturing — where there was never an internal team to ask.
## How an engagement runs
1. **AI Opportunity Audit.** Every new engagement starts with a one-off audit. We interview multiple stakeholders across one department, map workflows and bottlenecks, analyse time and operating cost, assess feasibility and access requirements, and rank opportunities by value, effort and risk. It usually takes one to two weeks.
2. **Audit deliverables.** The customer receives the workflow map, opportunity ranking, recommended first system, implementation roadmap and business case. The customer owns the audit and can implement it internally or take it to another developer.
3. **Build & Run Subscription.** Customers who continue with us keep a prioritised backlog. We build, deploy and maintain one active priority at a time, and the order can change as the business changes.
## Pricing
- **AI Opportunity Audit: from AUD $4,000, one-off.** The starting price covers one department and multiple stakeholder interviews. Larger scopes are quoted and fixed before work begins.
- **Build & Run Subscription: AUD $6,000 per month.** Available after the audit, month to month, with one active priority at a time and maintenance included. There is no hourly billing, and the subscription can be paused or cancelled in any month.
- The customer owns the audit roadmap and everything subsequently built, outright, from day one.
## What we will and will not promise
We put numbers on hours and error rates, because both can be counted before we arrive and counted again after. We do not put numbers on anything where we would be cl
