## How we work

For the number, Business Value Discovery is $199 across 2 sessions (90 minutes in total): the dollar figure, the hours a week the client would get back, the few things worth doing first, and a written plan. If we cannot find at least $2,000, the $199 is refunded and the client keeps the plan.
2. **Fix it.** Process, systems, or software. Built on what you already use where we can. Most fixes are live in days or weeks. A custom build gets its timeline when we scope it.
3. **Run it.** We keep it working and report the money and hours it got you. The numbers are business numbers: revenue added, costs cut, and hours back.
