MinnaLearn is a Reaktor Ecosystem company. It began as Reaktor Education and became a separate company in 2022. The same team created Elements of AI, the free course on the basics of AI launched with the University of Helsinki in 2018; MinnaLearn and the University of Helsinki own it together. MinnaLearn's AI onboarding is tool-agnostic: it teaches how AI and large language models work, how to prompt well, how to spot AI's limits, and how to use AI safely at work, whichever AI tool the organization has adopted. It runs on MinnaLearn's hosted platform or inside the customer's own LMS, is available in 12 human-translated languages, and is updated as AI evolves, with expansion courses included in the subscription.
