`Source` is `messageCenter`, `roadmap` or `azure`. IDs start with `MC`, `RM` or `AZ`. An Azure update Microsoft numbers is `AZ` plus that number (`AZ574430`); one from before November 2024 is `AZ-` plus Microsoft's slug (`AZ-general-availability-traffic-manager`). For Azure updates, `Services` holds the Azure products.
Use each record's `Url` as the canonical page for citation. The HTML detail pages contain the full message body where available.
