Things worth knowing before you use this content:
- **Every HTML page here is free to read and free to index.** No page a person or a search engine can reach is metered, and none will be.
- **The bibliographies are not in the text.** Fragment Zero's sourcing standard is published at https://fragmentzero.net/disclaimer, and it states that per-episode bibliographies live in the YouTube description rather than in the article body. So the text here is the narrative record, not the citation list. If you need the sources, they are on the video, free.
- **The archive uses a classified-document framing, and says so.** Case-file numbers, departmental codes and redactions are a presentation device inspired by intelligence-community case files. The site's own About page states that "references to fictional agencies and document numbers are not real intelligence products and should not be cited as such". Treat agency names and document numbers in this corpus as styling, not as provenance.
- **The non-English text is machine translation.** 447 article rows and 567 transcripts across 14 languages (ar, bg, bn, de, en, es, fr, hi, it, ja, ko, pt, ru, zh), all derived from the English source. The English is the authority; a discrepancy between a translation and the English is a translation error, not a variant claim.
- **The illustrations are synthetic.** The still images in article bodies are image-synthesis output generated from prompts tied to the narration window. They are not photographs of the events described, and their alt text is not a provenance claim.
