It is built for compliance, credit-risk, procurement and due-diligence teams screening UAE counterparties. The public site is bilingual: English (default) and Arabic (under /ar).

## What Counterscope is — and is not
- It is: a UAE-focused counterparty-risk screening tool over official court, regulatory and registry records — legal, credit-distress and identity signals with the source evidence attached to each.
