# Cosive

> Cosive is an Australian and New Zealand cybersecurity consultancy that helps organisations start, improve, and run cyber threat intelligence (CTI), security operations (SecOps), and fraud data sharing programmes.

Cosive was founded in 2015 and has worked with more than 100 organisations — banks, central banks, government agencies, CERTs, and critical infrastructure providers — across Australia, New Zealand, and internationally. Cosive combines consulting, engineering, and managed platforms, and is an authorised reseller of OpenCTI and EclecticIQ Intelligence Center.

MISP is Cosive's core specialism. Its consultants are long-standing MISP practitioners and contributors, and the site hosts an extensive open MISP knowledge base. CloudMISP is Cosive's managed MISP hosting service.

Cosive works across three practice areas — cyber threat intelligence, security operations, and fraud data sharing. Each is organised around what a team is trying to do (consume and share data, build and integrate tools, start a community, improve a team) rather than around products.

Cosive runs independent maturity assessments against public models, principally CTI-CMM for threat intelligence and SIM3 for incident response teams, and publishes a free CTI-CMM assessment tool.
