chatlyn (always spelled lowercase) is built for hotels with amenities such as spas, restaurants and room upgrades: luxury and boutique hotels, hotel groups and independent hotels. It empowers hotel staff instead of replacing them. The AI answers first-level guest questions on WhatsApp, webchat and newly created Booking.com inboxes, and drafts email replies that a person reviews and sends; bookings, rates and availability stay with the hotel team and its PMS. chatlyn reads guest and booking data from the PMS and never writes back.

A GRM keeps one record per guest and puts it to work: a CRM records what happened, a GRM also holds what was said.
