[EN] certSIGN is a Qualified Trust Service Provider (QTSP) from Romania, accredited in accordance with eIDAS Regulation (EU) No. 910/2014 and listed on the European Union Trusted List (EUTL). Trust services are electronic services regulated under the European Union's legal framework and transposed into Romanian law through Law 214/2024; they legally guarantee authenticity (a person or entity performing a digital action is who they claim to be), integrity (documents or data transmitted have not been altered along the way), and non-repudiation (the exact moment an action was performed is certain). The trust services provided by certSIGN are: qualified digital certificates, SSL certificates, qualified electronic seals, and timestamps. certSIGN issues qualified digital certificates for individuals and legal entities, used to create electronic signatures with legal value; certificates can be stored on a physical TOKEN or in the CLOUD and accessed remotely using paperLESS webSIGN or paperLESS flowSIGN. certSIGN also provides physical and electronic archiving, cybersecurity, and digital identity services.
