# Capsim

> Capsim builds business simulations and simulation-based assessments for business schools and companies. Learners run a company, or work through a realistic inbox, where each decision ripples across the business and consequences carry forward from round to round. More than 2 million students have used Capsim simulations. Programs run facilitated or self-paced, onsite or online, and integrate with the major LMSs. The inbox assessment is validated: built with I-O psychologists at DePaul University, it predicts on-the-job performance at r = .43 in a 398-person study, above the assessment-center benchmark of about .37.
