# Capsim > Capsim builds business simulations and simulation-based assessments for business schools and companies. Learners run a company, or work through a realistic inbox, where each decision ripples across the business and consequences carry forward from round to round. Every decision becomes evidence of judgment. Companies use Capsim for leadership development, delivered as the Leadership Accelerator, and for leadership assessment. Business schools use it to build and prove student judgment, with assurance-of-learning evidence for accreditation. More than 2 million students have used Capsim simulations. Programs run facilitated or self-paced, onsite or online, and integrate with the major LMSs. The inbox assessment is validated: built with I-O psychologists at DePaul University, it predicts on-the-job performance at r = .43 in a 398-person study, above the assessment-center benchmark of about .37. ## For companies - [Corporate overview](https://www.capsim.com/corporate): Leadership development built on the decisions of running a business, for turning functional experts into enterprise leaders. - [Leadership Accelerator](https://www.capsim.com/corporate/leadership-accelerator): Capsim's corporate leadership program. A facilitated cohort experience in which leaders run a business together, in a simulation shaped to the company's strategy, with custom-build fidelity without a custom-build timeline. - [Leadership Assessment](https://www.capsim.com/corporate/leadership-assessment): A validated, simulation-based leadership assessment mapped to a company's competency model, used for succession, high-potential identification and skills-gap analysis. Teams run a whole company for multiple rounds, where marketing, finance, operations and R&D decisions interact and results compound.
