# BYTEN Forensic Intelligence

Este arquivo descreve o que a BYTEN publica e onde cada afirmação pode ser conferida. Os resultados das regras são achados técnicos de triagem: a admissibilidade e a valoração da prova competem ao juízo (CPP, arts. 155, 157 e 182). Referências normativas: CPP, arts. 158-A a 158-F (Lei nº 13.964/2019); ABNT NBR ISO/IEC 27037. Jurisdição: Brasil.

- [BYTEN:TP-001, Paradoxo Temporal](https://byten.com.br/ontology/tp001.rules.json): compara o horário de criação do artefato com o registro externo de autoridade, ambos normalizados para UTC. drift_ms = criação - registro externo + ajuste documentado de sistema. Faixas da versão 4.1: drift >= 0, RL-001 (cronologia normal); -300 <= drift < 0, RL-001 (tolerância de sincronização); -5000 <= drift < -300, RL-002 (anomalia contextual); -15000 <= drift < -5000, RL-003 (paradoxo rígido); drift < -15000, RL-003 (causalidade impossível). Timestamp sem fuso declarado é recusado. O arquivo tp001.rules.json é o mesmo carregado pelo servidor e é a fonte única das faixas e dos intervalos.

Iguais: RL-001. Diferentes com o mesmo algoritmo: RL-003. Algoritmos distintos (comprimentos diferentes): RL-002, comparação impossível. Igualdade de resumo é condição necessária, não suficiente, da regularidade da cadeia de custódia.
