## Overview
AgencyCounter unifies permits, planning cases, zoning, parcels, inspections and GIS by address and parcel in one public view. It is read-only: source systems are never written back to. The agency owns its data. Setup is turnkey — the jurisdiction has no admin console; all changes go through AgencyCounter support under change management and are documented as agreed. Launch takes 4 weeks. No training. No administration.
The six pillars of accessibility:
1. Data Accessibility — one public view across permits, planning, zoning, parcels, inspections and GIS, unified by address and parcel. Free public tier: unlimited searches, alerts and notifications.
2. Language Accessibility — Spanish-language touchpoints, communications and visual cues, maintained by AgencyCounter at no extra charge. Additional languages on the roadmap.
3. Search Accessibility — an embeddable live records search bar (InstantSearch) placed on any page the jurisdiction controls.
4. Insight Accessibility — Top-Level Dashboards, Scorecards linked to Records, and Storytelling views for leadership and council.
5. Regulatory Reporting Accessibility — required State and Federal public metrics published live from records, traceable to the underlying records.
6. Universal Accessibility — committed to WCAG 2.1 Level AA across every public touchpoint; browser-based on any device; no downloads. Accessibility Conformance Report (VPAT 2.5) to be published March 2027.
## Pricing (2027)
Annual subscription = $7,800 base + $0.15 per head of population. Fixed for 5 years from signature. Support always included. Implementation is a one-off fee scoped per data source during your demo. Prices exclude use/sales tax, where applicable. Premium for professionals from $25/month.
