## How it works, briefly

1. Hire by role. Each employee has a role card: what it reads, what it produces, what it never does, and which connections it needs (some need none).
2. It learns your processes. SOPs, policies and contracts are read into living process maps; every check cites the clause and page it applied. Large documents are read index-first, section by section, never whole.
3. It works a visible queue. Defined units of work, oldest first, aging visible, daily summaries in a journal.
4. Approval-first. Everything lands in an approvals inbox with evidence alongside. Approve, edit, reject, or ask it to explain. Approved work is what gets billed.
5. It improves on the record. Feedback becomes improvement points; rule changes are proposed, never self-applied.
