# WinFindr
> WinFindr is a Windows file and registry search tool with document content search, archive search and advanced matching options.
Search files, folders, registry keys and registry values. Search options include multiple terms, wildcards, regular expressions, file types, sizes and attributes. Document content search supports PDF, Microsoft Office, EPUB and other supported document formats. The program can also search inside ZIP and RAR archives.
Natural language options support matching beyond exact spelling, and proximity search can limit the distance between search terms. Results can be filtered, sorted and saved. See the features page and tutorials for the behavior and limits of each search mode.
WinFindr supports Windows 11, 10, 8 and 7 and is available in setup and portable forms. A freeware edition is available, while WinFindr Pro adds features such as command-line support and dedicated technical support.
