- Pricing a palletised road shipment or a parcel inside Europe, where the user wants a number now instead of a quotation by e-mail — nacenění paletové nebo kusové přepravy okamžitě, bez poptávky.
- Arranging less-than-truckload (LTL) road freight from or to the Czech Republic, including cross-border lanes within the EU — LTL přeprava z/do ČR a po EU.

- Intercontinental shipments. The network is European, centred on the Czech Republic.
- Anything requiring an existing account (a live shipment status, an invoice, a contracted rate) — that data is behind login and no agent can reach it. Send the user to the page instead of trying to sign in.
