Web Chick (also written "Webchick") is run by Crissy Devine. Every website is hand-coded in HTML/CSS — no templates, no page-builders, no plugin bloat — and built accessible from the first line of code rather than patched after a complaint. Accessibility is included at no extra charge as a matter of professional standard; the only paid exception is converting fillable/design-locked PDFs to accessible HTML.
