Se on noin 550 oppilaan ala-asteen koulu. Koululle rakennettiin laajennusosa, joka yhdistettiin lasinivelellä vanhaan rakennukseen. Laajennusosan arkkitehtuuri pyrittiin sopeuttamaan mahdollisimman hyvin alkuperäiseen rakennuksen arkkitehtuuriin, joka osa alueen rakennushistoriaa.
