- Call agents: customer sentiment, critical alerts, sales opportunities, call coaching and clarity scores, internal meeting notes, and after hours escalation.
- Ticket agents: title rewrites, categorization, duplicate merging, sentiment, and P1 incident alerts on ConnectWise, Autotask, HaloPSA and Syncro tickets.
