Key facts:
- **Category:** digital asset operating system (DAOS). A DAOS manages the entire lifecycle of digital assets, whereas wallet-as-a-service (WaaS) and wallet-as-a-protocol (WaaP) only cover one component, the wallet. The relationship is similar to that of an operating system and a database.
- **Keyless, powered by MPC:** no private key or seed phrase for users to manage, and no single point of failure. Users sign in with familiar methods such as email.
- **Security:** enterprise-grade security with MFA, spend limits and multisig approvals.
- **Deployment (intended):** designed for self-hosting on your own infrastructure or cloud use, with no vendor lock-in. A production self-hosted release is not available yet.
- **Open (intended):** open source is part of the intended design, with a long-term goal of a decentralized network. Key flows are designed to be self-hosted, extended and audited.
- **Pricing:** there is no production pricing yet. Vastlink is working with a small number of design partners before finalizing the product or commercial model. See https://vastlink.xyz/design-partners/.
- **Developers:** a developer-first SDK with simple APIs, documentation and live examples, plus a modular path to more chains.
- **Who it is for:** individuals, teams, treasuries, DAOs, funds, PayFi operators and developers who need secure, auditable wallet infrastructure.
- **Use cases:** treasury management (multi-chain holdings, multisig approvals, payouts, AI-powered earning options); payments (on-ramp/off-ramp, KYC/KYB/KYT, compliant cross-border B2B payments); real-world assets (RWA project setup, user onboarding, token issuance and management).
- **Products:** Vastbase, a multisig wallet built on Vastlink and Lit Protocol for crypto treasuries, RWAs, DAOs and VC funds, with email onboarding and email-driven approval workflows.
- **Locations:** Dubai, Hong Kong, Singapore, Sydney.
