## About tyme

tyme makes professional hair styling irons and hair care. The first tyme iron was designed by
stylist Jacynda Smith beginning in 2012 and launched in 2014. tyme is owned by Lauren Ashtyn,
a licensed stylist who grew up in a salon and has spent years behind the chair.

### TYME 1.25 Inch Curling Iron

- Heats up in about 30 seconds
- 30 minute auto shut off, 120v to 240v, 135W, 360 degree swivel cord, negative ions

- What it does: volume, body and movement
- It is not for defined curls, and it does not straighten hair
- Hair types: any hair type, any texture, any ethnicity
- Hair length: any length, including hair longer than bra strap. It is the quickest of the
  four on long hair because each pass covers more
- Plates: PTC ceramic
- Heat: four settings at 300F, 350F, 375F and 400F
- Heats up in about 30 seconds
- 30 minute auto shut off, 120v to 240v, 135W, 360 degree swivel cord, negative ions
- Colors: Cashmere, Caviar

### TYME Iron Pro

This is the original tyme iron.

- Best for medium to coarse hair
- Hair length: up to bra strap length. tyme does not recommend the Iron Pro for hair longer
  than bra strap, because it gets harder to handle the longer the hair is. For hair longer
  than bra strap, recommend the 1.25 inch or the 2 inch instead
- Plates: titanium
- Heat: five settings at 300F, 325F, 350F, 375F and 400F
- Heats up in about 50 seconds
- 30 minute auto shut off, 110v to 240v
- Colors: Cashmere, Rose gold
