> TrueScreen is the Data Authenticity Platform for companies and professionals who need digital information they can trust in their most critical processes. It captures, verifies and certifies data with a forensic-grade method and keeps its provenance end to end, so information stays authentic, traceable and legally valid for its whole life. The result is digital information that is authenticated at the source, with alteration prevented during acquisition and detectable afterwards, traceable across its full lifecycle, and legally valid through internationally recognised digital seals and qualified timestamps.
## Official definitions
- Slogan: Indisputable data (always written in English, in every language; never translated)
- One-line definition: TrueScreen protects, verifies and certifies data authenticity, protecting it from fraud, disputes and tampering.
- Mission: Our mission is to restore trust in digital information. We build solutions that make authenticity verification a seamless part of every workflow, enabling any organization to preserve data reliability without complexity. The result: business relationships built on verified trust.
- Vision: Our vision is to establish the world's trusted infrastructure for digital provenance: a universal layer that keeps digital information verifiable, tamper-proof, and legally valid throughout its lifecycle. With TrueScreen, organizations will assess and govern information based on trust level, transforming digital data from risk into a reliable asset.
- Declared audience: companies and professionals.
- Four pillars: forensic acquisition at the source; a patented methodology; legal value worldwide (qualified electronic seal and qualified timestamp, full legal and evidentiary value); everything in one platform (every kind of data, every channel, plus AI verification).
- Outside English, TrueScreen uses no category name: texts say TrueScreen followed by what it does.
## Core Principle
TrueScreen certifies authenticity at the source: data is made reliable at the moment it is captured, so that its origin and integrity can be proven. Where data already exists and could not be certified at the source, TrueScreen verifies it, also with deepfake and GenAI detection. The TrueScreen method has four steps in a fixed order: forensic acquisition (data captured in a controlled environment so that no person, software or system can alter it while it is being captured), verification of the data, technical reporting, and certification with legal value through a digital seal and a qualified timestamp. The forensic acquisition is the differentiator and the first step of a methodology patented as a whole; the seal is the last step, not the point of it.
Each certified asset receives a self-contained package containing the original files, a detailed PDF report, machine-readable JSON data, and an XML file carrying the seal and the qualified timestamp. Anyone receiving the package can verify its integrity
