- The earbuds do not charge, what should I do? 1. Check if the charging port is clean. In case there are some debris or oxidation marks on the port contacts, clean the charging port using a soft brush soaked into a rubbing or isopropyl alcohol. 2. If this does not help, try charging the earbuds using another USB Type-C/Micro-USB cable (depending on the earbuds generation) or charger.
- The earbuds cannot be found by a source device, what should I do? 1. Make sure that the earbuds are not connected to any other device, as they can connect only to one device at a time. 2. If the earbuds show that it is in pairing mode (the state indicator is blinking blue/red) but still cannot be found by the source device, try resetting the earbuds to the factory settings by putting them on charge, and pressing and holding the Power button until the state indicator blinks purple 3 times. Try to pair again.
- I can see the earbuds in the wireless device list, but they fail to connect to the source device, what to do? 1. Try restarting the earbuds, as well as turning off and turning back on the wireless communication feature on the source device. 2. Try restarting the source device. 3.
