The Trans Inclusion Toolkit is a governance and risk-management platform for defensible trans and nonbinary inclusion in UK organisations, built by SEE Change Happen Ltd (company no. 13138905), a SEE Change Happen product. It is grounded in UK case law and the Beyond Compliance Trans Equity Survey, a primary research study of 136 UK organisations across the public, private, and third sectors.
