Its complete trust package is called The Finished Trust, one flat fee, built around one revocable living trust with a pour-over will, a financial power of attorney, a health care directive, a medical records release and a new deed that moves the house into the trust. Rentals, LLCs and property in another state are flat-fee add-ons, and the fee can be split into payments with no interest and no credit check. Clients never come to an office: the first call is free, about 15 minutes, by phone with Shawn; meetings are by phone; drafts are ready to review about 2 to 3 weeks after the Design Meeting; and signing is at home in front of a notary and two witnesses the client lines up.
