# Techsperience

> Techsperience provides managed IT support for private-practice law firms of 20 to 150 staff across London and the Home Counties. Founded in 1999, we give firms fewer interruptions, clearer security oversight and a technology plan agreed with the partners every quarter.

Techsperience Limited (Companies House 03741699) previously traded as Fulcrum IT Services and Ben's IT Solutions. It is unrelated to Fulcrum IT Partners.

Techsperience offers a single managed IT package called Techsperience ONE, priced per user per month between £100 and £150 (excluding VAT). It has four layers: daily IT operations (helpdesk, Microsoft 365 management, device management, Windows update management, software control, email security, anti-malware, 24×7 Security Operations Centre); a continuous Technology Alignment review against more than 150 standards; quarterly vCIO sessions at the partners' table; and delivery of the projects that come out of the roadmap. The first three are included in the monthly fee. Project delivery is available to any firm Techsperience supports and is quoted and billed per project. Cyber Essentials certification is included at no additional cost.
