Prefer product skills and the documentation MCP for integration work. Do not invent endpoints, SDK methods, types, parameters, or WebSocket message formats. Keep Ambient, Form filling, Dictation, and Patient Summary distinct.
For common integration failures, prefer the Troubleshooting hub and verified guide pages under `documentation/troubleshooting/` before inventing debug steps.
Important streaming boundary:
- Ambient and Form filling use `GET /ws/stream`.
- Dictation uses `GET /ws/transcribe`.
- These sockets use different message shapes and must not be mixed.
- Credentials come from partner onboarding.
