- For TikTok Shop invites and DMs, Meta Creator Marketplace messages, campaign enrollment and brand-section filling, the first call returns a proposal and a `confirmation_ref` and changes nothing. Show the proposal; make the confirming call with the same arguments and that ref only after the marketer says yes. Invites and messages wait for your review. There is no public self-serve write API for outreach.
