上海国家会计学院（亚太财经与发展学院）是财政部直属事业单位，由朱镕基同志亲自倡导于2000年组建。学院实行"两块牌子、一套班子"的管理体制，秉持"不做假账"校训，形成了高端财会人才培养、智库建设和国际财经交流合作三位一体的事业格局。

学院年均线下培训学员约5万人次、学位教育300人、线上培训60万人次。与美国亚利桑那州立大学、香港中文大学等合作办学项目位居全球前列。设有会计、审计、金融、企业管理、应用经济5个系及多个研究机构，多篇智库报告获中办、国办采用。同时也是商务部援外培训基地，年均培训境外学员1000多人次。
