## Metodología
- Un terrón de azúcar = 4 g. Esa es la unidad de toda la web.
- Los gramos salen de la tabla nutricional de la etiqueta («de los cuales azúcares») y de la ración que indica la foto (una lata, una porción, un bote).
- También se da el azúcar por cada 100 g o 100 ml, para comparar productos de distinto tamaño.
- Referencia de la OMS. La OMS da dos niveles para el azúcar libre: menos del 10 % de la energía (recomendación firme) y, mejor, menos del 5 % (recomendación condicional). Con una alimentación de unas 2.000 kcal al día, son 50 g y 25 g, unos 12 y unos 6 terrones.
- Las cifras eran correctas según la etiqueta en la fecha de la foto; el fabricante puede haber cambiado la receta.
- Es información divulgativa sobre etiquetas, no consejo médico ni dietético.
