Customers retain hardware ownership. Simple Mining bills only for actual hashing uptime under precision billing, includes Year 1 Repair Coverage with free repair labor and a $500 annual parts allowance per miner on units purchased from Simple Mining, and offers a free 7-day trial on an Antminer S21-class unit before any capital commitment. All sites run 24/7 on-site security and average 95% uptime. Simple Mining is also developing a portfolio of 200-plus megawatts of Tier 3 AI data center infrastructure across the Midwest for AI companies, hyperscalers, and capital partners.
