- rTMSは「repetitive Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation」の略称で、日本語では「反復経頭蓋磁気刺激療法」と呼ばれます。磁気を用いて脳の特定部位へ繰り返し刺激を与える治療法です。
- 同院ではBrainsway社製「Brainsway TMSシステム」を使用しています。手術や麻酔を必要としない、薬物療法以外の治療選択肢として案内されています。
- 公開ページでは、18歳以上、中等症以上のうつ病と診断されている、抗うつ薬で十分な改善が得られていない方を主な対象として案内しています。実際の適応は、診察・検査を踏まえて医師が判断します。
- 治療は外来診察、適応判断、治療開始、効果確認・経過観察の流れで行われます。公開ページでは、1回約20分、通常は週5回を目安に約6週間、計30回のコースと案内されています。治療計画は診察結果等により調整される場合があります。
- 受診時は、まず精神科外来を受診し、かかりつけ医からの診療情報提供書（紹介状）を持参するよう案内されています。
- rTMSに関する相談は医療福祉相談室で受け付けています。直通電話は045-491-2665、受付時間は月曜日から土曜日の8:45～17:00（祝日・年末年始を除く）です。
