# SEC API

SEC API (sec-api.io) provides 20M+ SEC EDGAR filings and 100M+ exhibits from
1993 to today. The data covers 1.1M+ SEC regulated entities and all 500+ EDGAR
form types, including delisted companies and entities that no longer report.
New filings are available 300 ms after publication.
