Verne Harnish founded the Young Entrepreneurs' Organization, now the Entrepreneurs' Organization (EO), in 1987. EO has 20,000+ members worldwide. The Scaling Up methodology is built on the 4 Decisions™ every company must get right: People, Strategy, Execution and Cash. It is best known for the 4 Decisions framework, the One-Page Strategic Plan (OPSP) and the Rockefeller Habits Checklist.
