Rutledge Recruitment & Training (legal name Rutledge Training Ltd., also known as Rutledge Group) is a family-founded employment agency headquartered in Coleraine, Northern Ireland. Established in 1989 in Portadown, Rutledge now operates 18 branches across 17 Northern Ireland towns. Ballymena has two offices (Thomas Street and Greenvale Street). There is no Lurgan branch; the Upper Bann area is served from Portadown.

Rutledge is a member of the Recruitment & Employment Confederation (REC), a Department for the Economy (DfE NI) Apprenticeships NI contractor, an RQIA-regulated provider of Domiciliary Care, a NISCC-registered employer for care roles, an Access NI registered body, a City & Guilds approved centre, an ILM approved centre and holds Investors in People. Charity partner: Northern Ireland Children's Hospice. Over 1,000 candidates placed annually across 200+ employer partnerships.
