Quibble is a revenue platform for short-term rental operators and property managers. Quibble matches comps the way a guest would compare them (radius starting at 10 km, same bedrooms first, a 75–200% rate band, scored on bedrooms, rate and distance) and attaches about 30 to each listing, and the model sets each night’s price from the probability it books, rather than nudging a base price with rules. Pricing is a flat per-listing subscription — never a commission on revenue. Month-to-month, no setup fees. MCP server access is included with every plan, so the platform connects to any MCP-capable AI client. On connect, Quibble imports listings, reservation history, rates, and calendar availability. For independent hosts with 15 listings or fewer, Quibble Lite is a self-serve tier running the same pricing engine at a flat per-listing price with no base fee.
