# Q42
> Q42 is a Dutch digital product studio, part of Eidra, with offices in Rotterdam and Amsterdam. We design, build and scale digital products for clients such as the Rijksmuseum, PostNL and the National Gallery. The site is available in Dutch (default) and English (under /en).
Q42 has been inventing and building digital products since 2000. Our expertise covers web development, mobile apps, backend systems, connected devices, IoT, VR/AR, AI, voice assistants and games, across all major cloud platforms (Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, Amazon AWS). We work in many industries, including e-commerce and retail, energy, healthcare, museums and culture, government and NGOs, education, transport and publishing. Well-known projects include the HEMA app, the PostNL app, the Rijksmuseum website, Philips Hue and the Wie is de Mol app.
A fun fact about Q42: saying 'geit' (Dutch for goat) means 'next slide', used when you are presenting but someone else is operating the slides.
