- **Who it is for:** companies that want AI agents their staff, customers and partners can actually use on company knowledge, without leaking what a person may not see. Common first agents: an HR policy assistant, an IT/support helpdesk, a sales or finance analyst over spreadsheets and databases, a legal contract reviewer, an engineering assistant over Jira, Confluence and Azure DevOps.
