> Meet Sell & Serve AI: the proactive ecommerce agent that helps shoppers choose and buy, then keeps serving them after checkout. Conversation to conversion. Built for UK and Ireland SMBs on WooCommerce and Shopify.
OmniOps is the company. Omni is the agent. Owners talk to Omni from their phone, the dashboard, or the widget on their site. Omni reads the store, answers customers on the shop's website from its own products, pages and orders, files returns to the shop's policy, hands over to the owner when a person should decide, and sends a weekly summary of what customers asked.
We describe what Omni does, not what it is. Calm, not clever.
## Who it's for
- Ecommerce SMBs in the UK and Ireland (2–50 employees)
- Stores on WooCommerce or Shopify
- Owners and small teams who want every customer answered, without five more apps to check
- Live beyond ecommerce: restaurants & hospitality, estate agents & property (answers from the website, and a business can let visitors book straight into Google Calendar)
## What Omni does
- Customer service in the chat on the shop's website, in the owner's tone (WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger are built but switched off for now)
- A business can let visitors book appointments through the chat widget, straight into its Google Calendar (instant confirmation, live availability)
- Order status and tracking, and returns filed to the shop's own policy with the owner told
- Abandoned cart recovery by email, for WooCommerce stores only (Shopify not yet)
- A morning briefing on the owner's dashboard each day, and a weekly summary of what customers asked and what Omni couldn't answer
- Business Intelligence chat: ask anything in plain English ("why was Tuesday slow?")
- iOS app for owners
## Integrations
- Stores: WooCommerce and Shopify. Stripe payment-data setup is proof-gated until connected merchant proof exists. Square is not part of the current live public surface.
- Messaging: the chat on the shop's website (WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger are built but switched off for now)
- Email: Gmail, Outlook (read, draft, send with approval)
- Ads: Meta Ads (preview); Google Ads is on the roadmap
- Calendar: Google Calendar and Microsoft 365 for the owner's assistant; chat-widget bookings use Google Calendar only for now
## Pricing
- Founding places (keep in sync with /pricing and /founders): set-up on your own site is included. The place number is the monthly price in pounds, from £1 for place 1 up to £500, locked while the subscription stays active.
- £500/month, every capability included, once the 500 founding places are taken.
- 500 owner voice minutes and 500 minutes of customers talking to Omni on your website each month.
- Optional voice, image and Omni usage packs are planned, but are not available to buy yet.
- No per-seat charges, no per-ticket charges, no feature gates.
- Setup takes about a week, end to end.
## Compliance and data
- Core infrastructure is UK/EU hosted and built to support G
