Odie Themes has published free themes on the official WordPress.org theme directory
since 2019. The tools are newer: each one does a single WordPress job — resize an image
to every size WordPress will actually generate, build a correct wp-config.php, write an
.htaccess that WordPress won't silently overwrite, read a PHP fatal error and name the
plugin that caused it — and each runs client-side, so no file ever reaches a server.
